$650,000
Perched on the 6th floor of Bahia Pointe (Bahia Del Mar IV) — one of Isla Del Sol's most sought-after buildings — this fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner residence delivers incredible open water views that simply aren't available in every unit. Windows wrap two full sides of the home, framing the Don CeSar Hotel at sunset, the Sunshine Skyway Bridge at sunrise, and sweeping views of Boca Ciega Bay in between — with dolphins gliding through the water below your patio as a regular occurrence, not a rarity.
Beyond the views, this home offers move-in ready comfort backed by genuine peace of mind: no current assessments and a well-managed and maintained property.
The custom kitchen is a standout, featuring solid surface countertops, a double-basin sink with garbage disposal, a dishwasher, and glass-front custom cabinets — handcrafted and shipped down from McHenry, Illinois — all under recessed task lighting.
Large ceramic tile flows throughout the living spaces, with plush carpeting in both bedrooms. The primary suite includes a spacious walk-in closet and an en-suite bath with a shower and double-basin sink vanity, while the secondary bedroom shares a well-appointed guest bath with a solid surface counter, sink, and shower. In-unit laundry includes a full-size washer and dryer.
Recent updates add real value beyond the finishes: new blinds, closet doors, and light switches throughout, hurricane shutters on all exterior openings for storm protection, and an AC system (2021) under an active maintenance contract and recently serviced. The unit also includes a 12-month home warranty covering all major systems — added confidence for a buyer stepping into island living.
Residents of Bahia Pointe enjoy a state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the water, a waterfront pool and spa, bike and kayak storage, a game room, and a social/meeting room. The unit comes with one assigned parking space plus abundant guest parking on the third floor. Just minutes from Pass-a-Grille, St. Pete Beach and only 15 minutes to vibrant Downtown St Petersburg. With two newly completed bridges making it easy to walk or bike straight to the beach — this corner unit is turnkey island living with a view that's hard to replace.
